Junior Achievement "JA in a Day"

For 10 consecutive years, Deluxe employees in Shoreview, MN, have partnered with Island Lake Elementary School to teach the Junior Achievement curriculum to all students. Junior Achievement teaches work readiness, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship to nearly 10 million K-12 students each year.  
 
In "JA in a Day", the Deluxe volunteers are assigned to one of the 26 classrooms to teach the age-appropriate Junior Achievement curriculum during one morning. The hands-on activities are not only educational but fun. The students and Deluxe volunteers look forward to this annual event.
 
Employees from other Deluxe communities also serve as Junior Achievement volunteers. The Deluxe Corporation Foundation complements this partnership by providing financial support to several JA chapters each year.
