Lee Schram

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Lee Schram was named CEO of Deluxe Corporation in April 2006. Lee began his professional career with NCR Corporation in 1983 where he held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility that include both domestic and international assignments. He served as chief financial officer for the Retail and Financial Group and then became vice president and general manager of Payment and Imaging Solutions in NCR's Retail and Financial Group. In March 2003, Lee was named to the position of senior vice president of NCR Corporation's Retail Solutions Division, with responsibilities for NCR's global retail store automation and point-of-sale solutions business, including development, engineering, marketing, sales, and support functions.

Lee holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Miami (Ohio) University and a master's of business administration from the University of Dayton.

Richard S. Greene

Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Deluxe Corporation

Rick joined Deluxe in October 2006 as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Before joining Deluxe, he spent three years at Tyco International, Ltd., where he held the positions of vice president and chief financial officer of the Tyco Plastics unit and then chief financial officer of the plastics and adhesives segment, which was renamed Covalence Specialty Materials Corp. upon divestiture. During his tenure at Tyco, Rick spearheaded a major restructuring of the $1.1 billion plastics business, drove significant working capital improvements and then orchestrated the divestiture of the plastics and adhesives segment to private equity sponsor Apollo Management. Before joining Tyco, Rick spent eleven years in positions of increasing responsibility with Allied Signal, Inc. and then Honeywell International when the two companies merged.

During this time, he lived in France for several years where he provided financial support to the Aerospace team in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Rick returned to the United States in 1996 to complete the acquisition of LORI Inc., an aerospace manufacturing/repair and overhaul company. After the Allied Signal and Honeywell merger, he held director of finance roles with a "start up" business unit, with a $125 million industrial process automation business, and a $700 million unit serving oil/gas and petrochemical customers. Rick began his professional career in 1987 at Greenwich Associates, a research-based consulting organization.

Rick earned his bachelor of arts degree in international management and Spanish at Claremont McKenna College in 1987 and has a master's of business administration degree in finance/strategic studies from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Terry Peterson

Vice President, Investor Relations and Chief Accounting Officer

Terry joined Deluxe in September 2004 as director, internal audit. In March 2005, he became vice president, controller and chief accounting officer and a member of our executive leadership team. Terry was named interim chief financial officer in April 2006 and served in that capacity until a new CFO was hired in October 2006. Before joining Deluxe, Terry spent eight years working in various controller and chief financial officer assignments, most recently at Ecolab, the world leader in premium commercial cleaning and sanitizing. His prior work experience includes senior leadership positions in accounting in finance, internal audit, tax and other corporate administrative functions. He began his career by spending ten years in the audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Terry earned his bachelor of arts degree in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa in 1986 and an associate of arts degree from Waldorf College in 1984. He is also a certified public accountant (CPA).

Luann Widener

Senior Vice President and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for Financial Institutions and Small Business Segments, President of Financial Services

Luann began her career with Deluxe Corporation in May of 1977 and throughout her career she has held a number of management positions in several locations. In 1995 Luann moved to the headquarters facility in Shoreview where she has held a series of executive positions in Manufacturing, Human Resources, and Supply Chain Shared Services. In March 2006 Luann was promoted to her current position of Senior Vice President and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for Financial Institutions and Small Business Segments and President of Financial Services.

Luann holds a bachelor of science in economics from West Chester University, West Chester, Pa. She is currently a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and a board member for the Check Payments Systems Association (CPSA). Luann has a great community spirit and has been on several boards and associations.

Anthony C. Scarfone

Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, Deluxe Corporation

Tony Scarfone joined Deluxe in September, 2000, as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary. Before joining Deluxe, Tony was vice president, general counsel and secretary of Dahlberg, Inc., a leading worldwide manufacturer, marketer and distributor of state-of-the-art electronic hearing devices and related hearing healthcare products and services. Previously, he held senior legal positions with Bausch & Lomb Incorporated and practiced with the law firm of Harris Beach & Wilcox, both in Rochester, New York.

Tony received his bachelor of arts degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Rochester in New York and his law degree, magna cum laude, from Syracuse University.

Lynn Koldenhoven

Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Direct to Consumer Segment

Lynn Koldenhoven joined the Deluxe subsidiary Direct Checks (formerly Current, Inc.) in 1991. In October 2006, she became vice president, sales and marketing for the direct to consumer segment and a member of the executive leadership team.

During her career with Deluxe, Lynn has held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of Marketing, Finance and Fulfillment. Prior to joining Direct Checks, she worked for Ernst and Young where she spent three years in the audit practice.

Lynn has undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from Dordt College and has her CPA (inactive status.)

Leanne Branham

Vice President, Fulfillment

Leanne has 20 years of experience with Deluxe Corporation. She is currently responsible for all aspects of manufacturing, supply management and engineering operations for Deluxe. Fulfillment produces or fulfills a wide variety of products including checks, business forms, labels, hand stamps, registers, stationery, and stock items to serve the consumer, financial institution and small business markets. Leanne oversees 3,000 Fulfillment employees who are committed to the sourcing and timely delivery of high quality products to our customers.

Leanne began her career with Checks Unlimited in 1987 as a member of the customer care organization. She has served in numerous leadership positions of increasing responsibility throughout the company including order capture and marketing. She joined Deluxe Manufacturing as vice president in July 2003 and in November 2006 she became a member of the Executive Leadership Team, serving as Vice President of Fulfillment.

Leanne earned her bachelor's degree in business management from University of Phoenix in Colorado Springs, Colo.

Jeff Stoner

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Jeff joined Deluxe in November 2003 as director of organizational effectiveness in human resources. In March 2006, he was promoted to senior vice president, human resources. Before joining Deluxe, Jeff spent seven years with Personnel Decisions International (PDI) as a senior consultant and vice president for its global products business unit. Previously, he held a variety of human resources leadership roles from 1987 to 1997 at Fannie Mae in Washington, D.C.

In 1995, Jeff received the National Excellence in Human Resource Development Award for career development. From 1999 to 2003, he was the Board President for City of Lakes Waldorf School in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Jeff received his bachelor of arts degree in psychology in 1985 and his master of education degree in counseling and personnel services in 1991 at the University of Maryland.
