LEE J. SCHRAM
Chief Executive Officer, Deluxe Corp.
Lee Schram was named CEO of Deluxe in April 2006. Since then, he has led a transformation initiative to significantly reposition Deluxe from primarily a check printer to a marketing solutions and other services provider. Under his leadership, Deluxe has increased digital services, grown e-commerce, expanded the channels that sell Deluxe products and services, and acquired many companies that serve the online marketing needs of small businesses and financial institutions. Lee began his professional career with NCR Corporation in 1983 where he held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility that included both domestic and international assignments. He served as corporate controller, chief financial officer for the 80% of NCR's businesses, and then general manager of the Payment & Imaging Solutions segment. His last position prior to joining Deluxe was senior vice president of the Retail Solutions segment where he was instrumental in transforming this technology business which was the heritage of the company.
Lee holds a bachelor's in accounting and finance from Miami (Ohio) University and a master's in business administration from the University of Dayton.
KEITH A. BUSH
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Deluxe Corp.
Keith Bush joined Deluxe Corporation in March 2017 as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Prior to Deluxe, Keith was with American Airlines, where he most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Finance. He has held varied roles with increasing responsibilities in treasury and financial planning and analysis for Northwest Airlines, Delta Air Lines, US Airways, and American Airlines. While at American, Keith built a strong finance organization and led teams in financial planning and analysis, division finance, corporate purchasing, and insurance and risk management. Joining US Airways in 2009, Keith played a critical role in the planning and integration of the merger between American and US Airways.
Keith holds a bachelor of science degree in marketing from Butler University and a MBA with a finance and strategic management focus from Case Western Reserve University.
AMANDA K. BRINKMAN
Vice President, Chief Brand and Communications Officer, Deluxe Corp.
Amanda Brinkman joined Deluxe in January 2014 as Vice President, Chief Brand and Communications officer and member of the Executive Leadership Team. Before joining Deluxe, Amanda was Vice President of Brand and Creative Services at Allianz in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her prior experience includes Vice President of Creative Services at UnitedHealth Group, Director of Business Development at Fallon, and Account Management at Campbell Mithun.
TRACEY G. ENGELHARDT
Senior Vice President,
Direct-to-the-Consumer, Deluxe Corp.
Tracey Engelhardt joined Deluxe in February 1990 as an industrial engineer. In June 2012, she was named vice president for the Direct-to-the-Consumer segment and a member of the executive leadership team. Tracey was promoted to Senior Vice President in March 2017. During her career with Deluxe, Tracey has held a variety of positions in the areas of sales, marketing and operations, including 14 years of experience in the direct-to-the-consumer segment. Most recently, Tracey was the vice president of e-commerce for Deluxe’s Small Business Services, where she had great success leading and achieving strategic growth for the e-commerce business. Prior to joining Deluxe, Tracey worked for Eli Lilly and Company as an industrial engineer.
Tracey received her bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management sciences from Northwestern University.
JOHN D. FILBY
Senior Vice President,
Financial Services, Deluxe Corp.
John Filby joined Deluxe in April 2012 as senior vice president of Financial Services and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. John has more than 20 years of experience leading organizations from Fortune 500 brands to start-up companies, with specific expertise in financial technology. In these roles, he has successfully transformed businesses for growth.
Before joining Deluxe, John was president of the Risk & Compliance Division at Fiserv and a member of the operating committee. His prior experience includes serving as CEO and board member for ISD Corporation, president of the Merchant Services Division at InfoSpace, and co-founder, CEO and board member at eCash Technologies. John began his career as an attorney practicing corporate and intellectual property law.
John studied Commerce at Queen’s University. He went on to receive a law degree from the University of Western Ontario and a master's degree in intellectual property law from York University.
PETE J. GODICH
Senior Vice President of Fulfillment, Deluxe Corp.
Pete Godich began his career with Deluxe in 1986 and has held a number of management positions at several Deluxe facilities, including vice president of Customer Care and vice president of Supply Chain at Deluxe headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota.
In May 2008, Pete joined the executive leadership team, moving into his current role as senior vice president of Fulfillment from his former position as vice president of Sales and Marketing Operations. He currently is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing, supply management and engineering operations for a wide variety of consumer, financial institution and small business products.
Pete holds a bachelor's in math and computer science from St. John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota.
JULIE M. LOOSBROCK
Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Deluxe Corp.
Julie Loosbrock joined Deluxe as a human resources manager in August 2000 and served in that role for several Deluxe business groups, including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales and Quality segments. In September 2002, Julie was named director of Financial Services and later vice president of both the Shared Services and the Strategic Business Partners groups. She was promoted to her current role of senior vice president of Human Resources in October 2008.
Prior to Deluxe, Julie spent more than 20 years in human resources for other industries and companies, including Pillsbury, IMPACT Consulting and Ryerson Steel.
Julie holds a bachelor's in psychology from Northwestern College and a master's in business administration from the University of St. Thomas. Additionally, she holds a doctorate in organizational development from the University of St. Thomas.
MICHAEL S. MATHEWS
Senior Vice President,
Chief Information Officer, Deluxe Corp.
Michael Mathews joined Deluxe in May 2013 as Vice President, Chief Information Officer and member of the Executive Leadership Team. Michael was promoted to Senior Vice President in March 2017. Before joining Deluxe, Michael was Senior Vice President of Strategy & Enterprise Programs at UnitedHealth Group in Minneapolis, Minnesota. His prior experience includes Merrill Lynch where he was the Global Head of Strategy & Delivery for Operations Services & Technology in the Private Wealth business unit. At Merrill Lynch, he also served as the global head of Six Sigma. Earlier in his career, Michael held leadership positions with Unilever, A. T. Kearney and Claremont Technology Group. He also founded and served as CEO of The Infology Group, a boutique management consulting company.
Michael holds a degree in business administration, marketing and decision sciences from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
MALCOLM J. McROBERTS
Senior Vice President, Small Business Services, Deluxe Corp.
In May 2008, Malcolm joined Deluxe as senior vice president and chief information and technology officer. He became senior vice president of Small Business Services in February 2011. Before joining Deluxe, he spent 18 years with NCR Corporation where he held a number of positions with increasing responsibility in locations throughout Europe and the United States. During his time at NCR, Malcolm held leadership roles within Professional Services, Information Technology and Operations, most recently serving as vice president of Operations for the Retail, Hospitality and Self Service division. He began his career in 1986 with Lucas Aerospace and then moved to the United Kingdom affiliate of Merloni Elettrodomestici of Italy.
Malcolm studied in the United Kingdom and holds a bachelor's in manufacturing engineering from Strathclyde University and a master's in manufacturing systems engineering from Warwick University. Additionally, he earned a master's certificate in project management from George Washington University and has Project Management Institute certification (inactive status).
