Employee Volunteering
Deluxe Corporation and our employees are proud to help make a difference in the communities that we work and live in. With every hour we volunteer and every dollar we raise, grant, and award we are helping to create stronger communities.
We’re proud that our employees choose to spend their time bettering their communities and providing vital services to organizations across the country. To support this effort, every employee receives 40 hours of Volunteer Time Off each year to support the organizations and causes that are important to them.
The Deluxe Foundation rewards employee volunteer time to eligible nonprofit organizations with a monetary grant. For every 15 hours volunteered at a nonprofit organization, the Deluxe Foundation will donate $200 to that organization up to two times per employee per year. If the employee is on a nonprofit Board of Directors and volunteers 40 hours, the Deluxe Foundation will donate $500 to that organization one time per employee per year.
Each year Deluxe organizes a variety of office-wide activities such as fundraising events, food, clothing & school supply donation drives, purchasing holiday gifts for those in need, blood drives, on-site meal packing and more.
Meals From The Heart is a non-profit organization based in Stillwater, MN, which brings people together to serve neighbors through easy-to-execute, energized and fun on-site meal packing events.
Each year over 1,000 Deluxe employees in Atlanta, Chicago, Fort Worth, Kansas City and Minneapolis come together to pack thousands of meals to donate to local foods shelves right in our own neighborhoods with Meals From The Heart. These delicious and nutritious meals are immediately delivered to a local food shelf and consumed within a couple of weeks by those in need. In 2023, 120k meals were packed and donated by Deluxe employees.
Since 2020, Deluxe has hosted the Deluxe Golf Classic, which is the opportunity for employees to spend time together outside of the office, have a little fun, and raise funds for a featured nonprofit organization. In 2023, the Deluxe Golf Classic raised $60k for the American Red Cross.
