Jeff Cotter joined Deluxe Corporation in June 2018 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Jeff also became Deluxe’s Chief Administrative Officer in January 2019.
Prior to Deluxe, Jeff was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary with Tennant Company and G&K Services, Inc. Previously, Jeff was a shareholder in the law firm of Leonard, Street and Deinard Professional Association (n/k/a Stinson Leonard Street LLP). He brings more than 25 years of legal experience and a diverse business background that fits with our strategic plan and focus on profitable growth.
Jeff earned his juris doctorate from the William Mitchell College of Law (n/k/a Mitchell Hamline School of Law) and a bachelor’s degree from Bethel University.
