Kim Cross joined Deluxe Corporation in October 2024 as Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in human resources and talent management to the organization.
Prior to Deluxe, Kim served as Senior Vice President, Head of HR for the Merchant Solutions business at Fiserv. While at Fiserv, Kim was responsible for talent management, organizational design, and people priorities. She previously served in increasingly senior HR roles at The Coca-Cola Company and Bank of America. Kim started her career as a contract psychologist with the U.S. Navy aviation medical research program.
Kim earned her bachelor’s degree from Emory University in Atlanta, and her master’s in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of West Florida.
