Tracey Engelhardt began her career at Deluxe in 1990 and has held several leadership positions in the areas of sales, marketing, eCommerce and operations. In June 2012, she was named Vice President for the Direct-to-the-Consumer segment and a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
In 2019, Tracey became the Senior Vice President, Division President, Checks. She oversees Deluxe’s extensive check program that includes banks, credit unions, financial institutions, consumers and more. In 2023, Tracey added the role of Division President, Promotional Solutions to her portfolio.
Tracey serves on the boards of Fostering Hope and Wholly Kicks, both of which are non-profit organizations focusing on underserved children through, respectively, support for foster families and new shoe distribution.
Tracey received her Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management sciences from Northwestern University.
