California Proposition 65 - Deluxe does business in California and sells products to Californians. Under California’s Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (“Proposition 65”), businesses are required to provide a clear and reasonable warning to Californians before knowingly or intentionally exposing a person to a listed chemical. We expect our suppliers’ products to either be exempt from the warnings required by Proposition 65, or contain the warnings in compliance with Proposition 65.
