Last month, Deluxe had the honor of hosting a group of Georgia State University (GSU) faculty, students and staff who were recipients of the university’s Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Awards. As sponsors of this important recognition, Deluxe was invited to attend the award ceremony at Georgia State University’s Center Parc Stadium, followed by the opportunity to host the winners at our Customer Innovation Center in metro Atlanta. During this visit, the nominees and winners had the chance to interact with Deluxe leadership to learn firsthand how to collaborate with partners big and small to develop critical business solutions and to discuss ideas for attracting young, diverse professionals into today’s workforce. Additionally, the visit was an opportunity for Deluxe to share more about the ways we’re working with our employee-owners, partners, and clients around the world to promote and sustain a culture of inclusion, as well as to hear from the winners about how they’re supporting diversity across GSU’s campus.
The goal of the Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Awards is to increase the recognition of significant contributions of individuals and groups within the Georgia State University community who are committed to creating an inclusive environment.
