About the Event

What is Deluxe Exchange?

Deluxe Exchange is an exclusive, boutique-style business event that gathers leaders in banking, marketing, sales, software and fintech for a larger-than-life professional growth experience. Attendees will leave equipped and inspired to capture efficiencies, conquer challenges and generate boundary-pushing performance.    

When does the event take place?    

Deluxe Exchange 2026 takes place from Monday, February 2, to Thursday, February 5, 2026.

Where is the event happening?

All event activities will be held at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort in Miami, Florida.

What is the dress code for the conference?

Business casual attire is recommended for all daily conference activities. Casual attire is appropriate for the Monday evening Welcome Reception, while business casual is recommended for the Wednesday evening event.

The average daily high temperature in Miami in February is 75°F, with nightly lows around 63°F. Please note that conference rooms and evening events can be chilly, so we recommend bringing a jacket or sweater.

Registration

How do I register for Deluxe Exchange?

Visit our registration page to secure your spot at the event.

Early registration is important to secure your hotel accommodation, as rooms are limited.

What does registration include?

Deluxe Exchange 2026 conference registration grants access to all conference sessions, materials, conference meals and activities during Deluxe Exchange.

Hotel accomodations are not included in the registration fee, however you can book your room during the registration process.

Can a colleague take my place if I can't attend?

Substitution requests are permitted prior to the conference. The request must come from the original registrant and be sent via email to deluxeexchange@itagroup.com.

Can I bring a guest to the event?

Yes. Guests are welcome to attend select portions of the conference for an additional fee. You can register a guest during the main registration process or by contacting our support team.

Guests are invited to the Welcome Reception on Monday, February 2, 2026, and the Evening Event on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. Daily conference activities are limited to registered conference attendees. Guests are not allowed at daily sessions including breakouts, keynotes and main stage sessions. All guests must be at least 21 years of age or older.

Travel & Stay

Which airports are closest to the conference?

The JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort is approximately midway between Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and Miami International Airport (MIA). Both airports provide convenient access to the hotel and are viable options, depending on your travel preferences.

How do I make a hotel reservation?

Hotel rooms should be booked during the conference registration process. Please note that availability is limited, so we encourage you to reserve your room early. Room rates start at $419 per night, plus a $35 resort fee. We strongly encourage you to book your hotel reservations as soon as possible.

How do I change or cancel my hotel reservation?

Reach out to our travel headquarters at deluxeexchange@itagroup.com to make any modifications to your hotel reservation.

Is transportation provided?

Ground transportation between Miami International Airport (MIA) or Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry is not included in your registration fee. Taxi fares are approximately $40 plus tip from FLL (25–30 minutes) and $65 plus tip from MIA (30–40 minutes). Uber and Lyft rates may vary.

Will presentations be shared after the conference?

Yes. Attendees will be sent a link to the 2026 Resource Center in the days following the conference, giving them access to all breakout sessions and presentation slides.
