How do I make a hotel reservation for the conference?

All hotel reservations can be requested during the conference registration process. Hotel rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to register and book as soon as possible to secure your accommodation.

Is my room included in the registration fee?

Rooms are not included in your conference registration fee. Deluxe Exchange registration grants access to all conference sessions, materials, conference meals and activities during the event.

What airport(s) are closest to the conference venue?

The closest airports are the Miami International Airport (MIA) and the Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL).

Is transportation provided?

Ground transportation between Miami International Airport (MIA) and the JW Mariott Miami Turnberry Resort is not included in your conference registration fee.

Taxi: A taxi between Miami International and the JW Mariott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa costs approximately $50 plus tip and takes about 30 minutes. Uber and Lyft rates vary but typically are less expensive than taking a taxi.
