Eric Jenks is a seasoned payments industry professional with a proven track record of building high-performing, collaborative teams that consistently exceed goals. As a Product Manager at Zions Bancorporation, he plays a strategic role in the rapidly evolving merchant services and electronic invoicing landscape.
Prior to his current role, Eric spent a decade leading a national sales organization for a SaaS-based payment gateway provider, gaining deep expertise in digital payments and client engagement. He has also been a featured speaker at several national industry conferences, sharing insights on innovation and operational excellence in the payments space.
Outside of work, Eric applies his professional experience in a personal context—his wife owns and operates a successful small business with over 15 employees, giving him firsthand perspective on the needs of small business owners.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Western Governors University and is a Certified Payments Professional (CPP).
Eric lives outside Portland, Oregon with his wife and four boys. When not driving his kids to sporting events, he enjoys camping and boating with his family.
