Jacob Rider has built a distinguished career at Deluxe since joining the company in 2006 as a Lean Engineer within the Direct Checks division. Over nearly two decades, he advanced through various leadership roles spanning operations, fulfillment, financial services and transformation management.
Jacob played a pivotal role in M&A integrations in multiple service solution areas, led client services and operations and directed the Transformation Leadership Office — driving strategic initiatives and the implementation of a new ERP system. His leadership extended to managing Service Delivery & Client Support, overseeing about 1,000 associates responsible for supporting a diverse client base; he later led eCommerce for the Print division Deluxe.
In August 2025, Jacob became General Manager of Solution Management for the B2B Payments division at Deluxe, supporting accounts receivable and payable solutions for financial institutions and large corporate clients. He also serves as a board member and chair of the Human Capital Committee for MEDA. Jacob’s educational background includes executive programs at Harvard Business School, an MBA in Project Management from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and a BS in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin Stout.
