Jessica Janni has over 20 years of banking experience that began in her hometown bank with a part-time job while in high school and college. For the past 17 years, she has worked for Bank Midwest, a $1.3B financial institution founded in Iowa in 1882. During this time, she has held different roles in retail banking and operations.
While working in her local branch as an associate and then manager, Jessica was able to take an active role in leading much of the account opening training for Bank Midwest. Now as the retail operations manager, she focuses on the software, training, projects and vendor relationships that benefit the front-line retail staff and the banking customers.
She lives in New Ulm, Minnesota with her family and is a graduate of South Dakota State University in Brookings, SD.
