Jigish Bhatt is a Lead Software Engineer at First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO) with more than 28 years of deep industry experience in lockbox technology and operations. He began his career as a software implementation and support engineer for a lockbox software provider, where he developed a strong technical foundation and a passion for solving complex operational challenges. Since joining FNBO’s Lockbox Operations team 25 years ago, Jigish has played an integral role in advancing the bank’s lockbox capabilities — partnering closely with teams to modernize processes, enhance quality, and drive efficiency across operations.
Over the course of nearly two decades, Jigish has become a recognized expert in Deluxe solutions, working extensively with platforms such as ImageRPS, D24 x 7, Web Exceptions, IMS Archive, Receivables360, and TRIPS. He has engineered integrated solutions for hundreds of lockboxes across diverse industries and was honored with the Deluxe Partnership Award for his collaboration in designing and beta testing the initial version of Receivables360.
Jigish holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
