Katie Young is a Direct Marketing Campaign Manager at Arvest Bank, where she leverages nearly two decades of institutional knowledge to deliver direct marketing strategies that drive high-quality growth in core portfolios and contribute directly to the bank's mission of being a community growth engine.
Katie began her career with Arvest in 2007, joining the Corporate Marketing team in 2012. Katie specializes in the end-to-end execution of data-driven acquisition and retention strategies. While her experience spans a full spectrum of consumer and business financial solutions, her recent work has focused on optimizing programs that support mortgage and consumer loan acquisition, as well as cross-sell initiatives.
Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University. She resides in her hometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma, with her husband and their two sons. Her favorite weekend activity is proudly (and loudly) cheering her boys on at various sporting events, closely followed by exploring the city they love together as a family.
