Kevin Malvey currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Fraud & Dispute Claims Operations for U.S. Bank. Prior to U.S. Bank, Kevin spent the first 12 years of his career with Bank of America. Throughout his 25 years in banking, Kevin has managed teams in several different areas including Federal Banking, Lending, Trade, Payments, and Global Credit Operations. His current management responsibilities span across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Kevin has earned a Six Sigma Lean Green Belt, a Design for Six Sigma Black Belt, a Project Management Professional Certification, and a master’s degree in project management from Northeastern University, where he also taught courses in business and project management for the Graduate School of Professional Studies.
Kevin serves on the Board of Trustees of Mount Saint Joseph University as well as Depaul Cristo Rey School committees for Cincinnati, where he currently resides.
