Rich Vaughan brings more than 30 years of experience in financial services to his role as the Executive Vice President of Retail Sales & Service at Peoples Bank. For over a decade, Rich has been a driving force behind the growth and success of our retail network, which spans 126 branches across five states and Washington, D.C. He also leads our business banking and government- guaranteed lending teams, focusing on building strong relationships with consumers and businesses with revenues under $10 million.
Before joining Peoples Bank, Rich held senior leadership roles at KeyBank, where he specialized in retail and business banking. Prior to that he was in various sales and leadership roles with Fifth Third Bank. His career began at Provident Bank, laying the foundation for his deep expertise and client-first approach.
Rich earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management through the Consumer Bankers Association and Bank Administration Institute.
When he’s not leading teams, you’ll find Rich on the golf course or pickleball court, cheering on Cincinnati’s professional sports teams, traveling, or enjoying time with his family.
