Ruth Davis is an accomplished executive in technology consulting, business development, P&L management, talent development, and value creation. As an inspiring and innovative leader, Ruth has driven tangible results across hardware, software, ecosystems and services arenas. She helped launch new IBM business units that drove billions in revenue, built high-performing global teams across industries, and led strategic change efforts focused on efficiency, automation, talent remix, cost reduction, and accelerated business outcomes.
Outside of IBM, Ruth served as SVP of Business Development for Concessions International, where she led the winning strategy for a $1B food and beverage concessions contract at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport ahead of the 1996 Olympics. Under her leadership, the company expanded by 51 new operations and more than doubled its revenue.
Ruth currently advises clients on AI adoption, digital transformations, modernized IT infrastructures, and the people and process strategies that enhance their competitive edge and align to achievement of their business objectives.
Ruth graduated from Temple University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering at age 18. She enjoys mentoring and encourages the next generation to be curious and adaptable to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
