Shannon Raflik is a Senior Solution Business Analyst and Product Owner, leading product development and quality assurance teams in the production of cloud-based receivables platforms. Her expertise and collaboration are key in the development and management of product roadmaps for the RAAS Platform, which consists of several API-based modules. Shannon assists in the architecture and design of the RAAS platform to provide customers a complete OTC system in a single user interface.
For over two decades, Shannon has been a critical support to the success of the Deluxe integrated receivables platform. Beginning as a System Analyst, her career has spanned configuration programing, implementation, user experience design and requirements gathering.
Shannon earned her bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. She spends her free time volunteering as an active leader with her local 4-H chapter, in the livestock space, helping educating children through positive experiences.
