With over 15 years of distinguished leadership spanning sales, marketing and operations, Tomi is recognized for driving transformative results through visionary business strategy. At Deluxe, she leads initiatives that align technology with business objectives, empowering teams to deliver at scale with precision and agility.
Before joining Deluxe, Tomi excelled as Scrum Master and Agile Coach in the telecom and fintech space, championing core Agile principles such as collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility. Earlier in her career, she made a significant impact in the Nigerian market as the founding CEO of Autochek (formerly Cheki), the largest online car marketplace in West Africa, positioning the company as a trailblazer in the region’s digital automotive revolution.
Tomi is a passionate advocate for mentorship and holds a bachelor’s degree in CLEG (Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics & Government) from American University.
