Yes, samples are available to registered customers only. Samples may be shipped blank without any imprint or may include a random imprint from a previous print job. You can request up to three sample products per order, free of charge up to a total value of $10, including ground shipping. If the combined cost of the samples and shipping exceeds $10, you may be asked to cover the difference with your approval. Any charges incurred for samples can be credited toward a future order of the same product.
For higher-value items, you may need to purchase the sample at cost; however, this amount can also be credited toward a future order. Typically, samples arrive within 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge.
Is there a minimum order quantity for promotional products?
We aim to offer the lowest possible minimum quantities that our manufacturers allow. All items on our site include clearly listed minimum order quantities. If you require fewer items than the listed minimum, please contact us — sometimes we can negotiate smaller orders with manufacturers for an additional fee. This option is not available for all products, and fees may vary depending on the item and quantity requested.

Can I purchase unbranded “blank” products in bulk?
Yes, many products are available without imprinting, making them ideal for bulk blank orders. In such cases, setup fees are typically waived, although minimum quantity requirements may still apply. However, certain name-brand items — such as Under Armour, Nike, and Camelbak — are not available for blank purchase.
Currently, there is no direct option on our website to order blank products. In many cases, you can place an order and receive a credit for the setup fee afterward. For the most accurate pricing and to save time, we recommend contacting a sales representative for details and assistance.
How long does it take to receive custom printed products?
Standard production time refers to the time required to print your artwork on the selected products. You can find an item’s production time in the Additional Information section on its product detail page. This timeframe does not include artwork preparation or shipping.
Production begins after your order has been reviewed and your virtual proof has been approved, and it ends when the products are shipped from the manufacturer. If you need your items sooner, please contact us to discuss rush production and expedited shipping options.
Keep in mind that special requests — such as large-quantity orders, PMS color matching, or artwork conversion — may extend production time.
