This pen is great! The customer service rep was very helpful in telling me which pen would be best for a "wrap around" text. It is hard to tell when you are designing that the text will actually wrap around the pen but it does a little bit. The print has a little hiccup in it so it's not perfect but they look great and will be getting them again.

Very happy with the pens. They write nicely and the text was exactly as I wanted. The on-line proofs are a little confusing since they don't always show that the text does extend over the entire colored area. (That is, your text does appear as in the generic examples.) Delivery was good. Ordered on a Sunday, the proof was in my e-mail on the Monday but unfortunately went to spam and I didn't find it till Wednesday. Approved it that day and I had the 500 pens exactly one week later.
