Bookmark with Double Side Lamination - 1-3/4" x 7"

After inquiring about a possible order from this company I was sent a sample bookmark w/double side lamination. I recently opened one of the individual packages from my order and noticed that my bookmarks were of a much lighter weight and did not have the "stiffness" of the sample which was sent to me. It was never mentioned to me that there were different "weights" to choose from - I assumed my order would be the exact same quality as the sample I received from this company. Would appreciate hearing from this company regarding this matter.
