Why do you work with Deluxe
We love the solutions that Deluxe has to offer and the customer service is fantastic. You guys always put the customer first and that's very apparent with everyone we've worked with and had the pleasure of working with over the years. The solutions, again, are fantastic. It really helps us have an insight into what our customers need and what our customers want, and allows us to communicate with our customers and promote those products and services in the best way that we can.
What has been your most effective marketing program with Deluxe DDM?
My favorite Deluxe program that I've worked on is the In-the-Market Alerts program that we have internally for our customers who are in the market shopping for specific products or services.
It helps us retain our current customers and keep them from leaving out the back door while we're also trying to acquire new customers and new loans. So it's a really great way for us to just keep in touch with our customers and understand what they're doing and provide them with financial services when they need them and meet them where they're at.
Why have you continued to work with Deluxe DDM for so many years?
The solutions that Deluxe brings to us year-over-year are just fantastic in helping us, again, understand what our customers needs are when they're maybe not bringing them to us in the first place, especially with the trigger programs and with the batch pre-screen programs.
Just being able to have really great financial discovery conversations with our customers and the people that we work with at Deluxe are just fantastic: Friendly, helpful and always ready to help whenever we need help.
