Request shop deluxe tax exemption

Instructions for requesting Shop Deluxe tax exempt credit:

1. If you don't have one, you must create an online account on Shop Deluxe.
2. Email a completed tax exempt certificate* to salestaxgroup@deluxe.com or you may fax to 888-287-7979..
3. Within 7 - 10 business days, you will receive credit for the past order. (If you paid with credit card, additional processing time may be required for the credit to appear on your statement.)
4. Within 7 - 10 business days, your online account will have tax exempt status for automatic tax exemption for future orders tied to your online account.

If you are a new customer seeking tax exemption, you must submit at least one order then request tax exemption per the above instructions to receive automatic tax exemption for future orders.
