Dual Signature Lines on Checks

Shop Deluxe offers the ability to add an optional second signature line to most of the checks we offer for an extra layer of security. We offer this feature on all checks that have enough space on the check to fit the second signature line.

How are dual signature lines on checks helpful?

Having two signatures on business checks helps you internally control and manage the cash flow within your company in a more secure fashion. This is done by requiring two signatures for the check to be considered valid and legitimate. A one-signature requirement means someone could potentially write checks improperly to themselves or another business entity.

While banks don't require dual signatures on checks, implementing this as part of your internal controls fosters trust and helps protect your assets. Adding this feature is quick and easy through our check customization process, and is available for laser checks and manual checks.

Add Your Business Logo to Your Checks

Adding a logo to your business checks can enhance the ability to market your business and reinforces brand awareness. Presence of the logo will remind the recipient of your brand every time a payment is made. Shop Deluxe gives you the ability to have quality logos on all your checks so that your business stands out to everyone you pay.

How do I add a logo to my business checks?

During the check customization process, you can select from a variety of FREE clip art logos related to the industry your business is in. Or you can upload your own company logo (+$5.99), truly making your business check one of a kind. For uploaded logos, we recommend EPS, AL, PNG or JPG file formats with a transparent background.

Reverse Numbering on Checks

Reverse numbering, or reverse collation, arranges your checks with the highest number on top with the remaining numbering in consecutive, descending order. Normal numbering or collation places the lowest number on top, ascending in order.

Some printers require check stock to be loaded and fed with the numbers in reverse. Less than 5% of our customers use reverse numbering, but it is important if your printer requires it to be printed in this way.

Whether you need normal or reverse numbering, Deluxe offers both options on laser checks. Select this option during the customization process for a hassle-free experience.
