Deluxe also carries many forms for internal use only – such as pricing sheets, medical exam record sheets, timecards, and more - that aren’t personalized. Tax forms also cannot be customized. On product detail pages of forms not needing personalization you will see a red ADD TO CART button that allows you to simply add the product to your cart with no further steps required. 

What are the Customization Options Available on Business Forms?

• Add your business name, address and contact information. You can also add a company slogan for additional branding.  
• You are also able to designate a Start Number for sequential numbering of your forms 

Logo

• Upload your own business logo, or select an image from Deluxe’s Clip Art image library to place on your forms 

Font Type

• Deluxe allows you to further personalize your forms by selecting a font type for your Company Name.
