That's the basis for the Deluxe Corporation Foundation. Since its creation in 1952, the Deluxe Corporation Foundation has awarded over $90 million to education, the arts and human services programs.

Supporting the American Red Cross

At Deluxe, our employees have always shown a strong commitment to giving to those in need. Those efforts were recognized as Gail McGovern, President and CEO of the American Red Cross, presented a plaque to recognize Deluxe for its long history of support of Red Cross Programs. The plaque is proudly displayed in our headquarters lobby.

Results of the Recent Employee Match
In June, the Deluxe Corporation Foundation board of directors approved a $25,000 grant to the American Red Cross to provide relief and assistance to tornado victims across the country. At that time, The Foundation announced it would match employee donations to the Red Cross dollar-for-dollar. The challenge ended on July 15, and we are proud to announce that Deluxe employees donated nearly $2,500 to the cause. With the Foundation’s direct gift to the Red Cross, employee gifts and the Foundation match, the total donation came to $29,950.

Previous Grants and Employee Match Challenges
So far in 2011, the Deluxe Foundation and Deluxe employees have given $93,150 to the Red Cross. In addition to the latest tornado relief grants, our funds went to tornado victims in Southern states and to victims of the Japan earthquake and tsunami. Thanks to all of our employee donors for helping support the Red Cross.
