We've been working with Deluxe for over eight years now. They provide a wealth of data, that we use in the Mortgage space, primarily.
ITMA and ITA Programs
The first main, program we have with them is, of course, the ITMA, In-the-Market Alert triggers, which allows us to get insight into which of our customers are applying for a mortgage.
Deluxe provides a three Bureau solution, to all of our, ITMA triggers, which is really crucial. Because if you're only on one bureau or one or two bureaus, you're missing a lot of, insight and triggers and basically more business. Outside of the trigger environment. We also use them in what we will call an ITA space Invitation-to-Apply, where Deluxe is providing us publicly available records, those types of things allow us to, again, provide a more personalized offer to customers and try to understand, you know, maybe they're not in the market right now, but they could very likely be with some of the data that we have at our disposal.
Impact on Business and Customer Support
They truly provide an impact to our business, not just in the products that they provide. But again, on the customer support side as well, we've used data to create campaigns. So we've also used some of the data in one-off analysis that they've been able to provide. To really allow us to gain insight into our customer portfolio as a whole. And, you know, to even inform what products and solutions we bring to market to meet our customer needs.
